PROGRAM MANAGER – SAP FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION & MERCHANDISING SOLUTION
Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Responsible for the overall program management of the implementation of the Program, which will include a new Finance and Administration, Merchandising Management, and Point of Sale system.
Responsible for the finalisation of the required Business Case and Program Execution Plan, all associated business transformation on behalf of the business, and IT.
In leadership position that will empower the successful applicant to deliver strategic, enterprise-level solutions spanning all lines of business across Singapore and Malaysia.
Candidates should have extensive Retail experience, and excellent program management and quality assurance experience founded on at least 3 successful SAP implementations, of which one should have been in Retail.
This position is based on a contract for the duration of the project, which is negotiable.
Candidates should have a proven track record in successfully driving business transformation based on best practice within Retail, and should have excellent organisational change management and stakeholder management skills and experience.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
"ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE"
To update daily collection and allocation of payment
To perform reconciliation of accounts
To monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed and other irregularities
To perform daily sales return and refund
"ACCOUNTS PAYABLE"
Administer accounts payables through proper recording, monitoring and making payments
Prepare reconciliations and analysis
Produce monthly reports for month end closing
Work closely with purchasers and vendors
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a LCCI intermediate/Diploma/Certificate in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in accounting
Computer literate
Knowledge of AS 400 system would be an added advantage
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with integrity
Committed, reliable, proactive & a team player with pleasant disposition
Detail oriented and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment
