Adhesive that doesn't do its job.
I bought this book cover keyboard together with my new Galaxy Tab S6. The tablet and keyboard works fine but it's the adhesive part of the book cover that keeps on giving me problems. Fresh off the packaging, the adhesive of book cover was NOT strong enough to attach onto the Galaxy Tab. I tried pressing it against the device or putting books on top to help it stick better with no avail. A month into using the tablet and the book cover, now it will fall off making my tablet slap flat onto desk surface giving me anxiety it will break the hardwares/screens of the tablet. Samsung should look into fixing the adhesives for current and future customers.

Keyboard back cover magnetic strips too weak.
Hi Samsung,
Pre-ordered the keyboard cover together with the Tab S6. Love the keynboard but not the back cover.
The magnetic adhesive strips are too weak and can fall off easily, taking the S-pen with it.
Also the magnetic adhesive strip is also a dust magnet.
Samsung shkuld use stronger ore more magnets.
The design of the cover is innovative with the S-pen cover but does not full protection of the tablet if accident dropped. The cover will easiky fall apart and damaging the tablet.
I will be returning it for a refund.

please redesign!
Just upgraded from the tab s4 with Samsung keyboard to the tab s6 with Samsung keyboard. While the layout and DeX work great. It constantly falls off.... as mentioned in many reviews. The Tab S4 keyboard automatically switch from keyboard to tablet mode when you folded it back. The S6 keyboard does not, very frustrating to detach it. If I use the keyboard function key to switch to the tablet keyboard. It only works for 1 input and then reverts back. Awful product.

kickstand does not cut it
bought this product for college because it seemed to fit perfect with using all in one device and having the keyboard aspect helped sell this for me. after i used this product i started noticing how the kickstand didnt stay up. so i assumed i didt have it suctioned or something right and pressed harder well that didnt work either. this is a good idea and functionalilty case be better if it did what it was suppose to do which im dissappointed in.

Awful keyboard, disappointing warranty service
An absolutely awful product. If I could give it a zero star I would. I love the tablet, but the keyboard is absolutely terrible. When it does work it is great, that is when it does work. Most of the time it doesn't work at all. The stand works just fine, I haven't had a problem with the adhesive at all.
I have had to send this in for warranty exchange twice so far, and the process took about three months each time. This second time, I haven't even recieved the replacement yet, and the warranty will probably expire before that happens. They somehow never manage to have any in stock for exchange (bs). This keyboard is a headache, and as much as I dislike apple I would definetely reccomend an ipad due to the numerous problems I have had.
Very disappointed.

Keyboard is Great Stand simply frustrating
I love the keyboard and trackpad, but there are 2 awful issues. Firstly the stand falls off constantly and is almost useless unless you are using it on a desk and get it carefully set up and are careful not to touch the screen or move it and even with that, I stood it up at one point and left it for a while and came back and it had fallen on its own. Secondly, the keyboard doesn't deactivate when you fold it back to use it as a tablet like the surface or pixel slate or even the s5e, so the keys still type and the onscreen keyboard wont come on. So you cant fold the keyboard back and use the tablet, you have to remove the keyboard if you are not using it. I would probably rate this a 4 if the magnet mount was strong enough to hold the back. This production issue just seems inexcusable as pretty much every reviewer and buyer is having the same issue. It literally just falls off.

Terrible engineering on an otherwise great product
As numerous other reviews have said the adhesive used to attach the kickstand is terrible. Less than 2 months of use and it falls off all the time. The keyboard itself works perfectly but the kickstand makes it unusable.

This product has not been properly tested
Keyboard cover does not stay on when used as intended. Back kick stand is attached via magnet which is not strong enough to support weight of the tablet. It is useless and embarrassingly bad.
