In compliance with the government’s directive on the “Nationwide Full Movement Control Order” to contain the spread of COVID-19, all Harvey Norman stores will be temporarily closed from 01 – 14 June 2021. 1. Are Harvey Norman stores open during the FMCO?

No. All Harvey Norman stores are closed during this period from 01 - 14 June 2021.

You can still shop with us online at www.harveynorman.com.my and we will deliver your order to you where possible.

2. Can I still expect delivery from Harvey Norman?

Delivery of Electrical and IT products will be available for online purchase. So you can still shop with us online and have your orders delivered for free* Terms & Conditions apply.

You may experience delays in receiving your order due to FMCO restrictions nationwide. It is possible that certain areas may be inaccessible due to the current situation. We will be sure to keep affected customers updated promptly. 

Bedding and Furniture will be delivered after FMCO is lifted.

3. Do you deliver to East Malaysia during FMCO?

Delivery to East Malaysia is available during FMCO. However, you may experience delays in receiving your order due to FMCO restrictions.

4. Can I self-collect my purchases?

Self-Collect is not available at the moment.

5. Who should I contact for any questions?

6. Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

If you wish to cancel and make a refund, please send an email to onlineorders@harveynorman.com.my for refund request.  However, please understand that there may be delays due to the current situation.
