Movement Control Order

In compliance with the government’s directive on the “Nationwide Movement Control Order” to contain the spread of COVID-19, all Harvey Norman stores will be temporarily closed from 18 March – 28 April 2020. During this period, online purchases can still be made on www.harveynorman.com.my. However, your order will be delivered to you after the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends.

Updates on our store operations and other matters will be communicated via our Facebook page (fb.com/HarveyNormanMY) and on our website (harveynorman.com.my) For general enquiries, our Customer Care Specialist can be reached customerfirst@support.harveynorman.com.my.

1. Where can I purchase from Harvey Norman?

All Harvey Norman stores will be closed from 18 March – 28 April 2020. During this period, online purchases can still be made on www.harveynorman.com.my and will be delivered to you.

2. Can I still expect delivery from Harvey Norman?

All Electrical and IT products will still be available for online purchase. So you can still shop with us online and have your orders delivered for free* (West Malaysia only and minimum order value of RM100 applies). However, due to prevailing conditions, you will only be able to receive your order after the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends.

Online purchases for Bedding and Furniture will be delivered after 28 April 2020.

3. Can I self-collect my purchases?

Self-Collect is not available until 29 April 2020. However, customers are still able to select “Self-Collect” and will be ready to collect after 28 April 2020.

4. Who should I contact?

5. How can I get refund?

If you wish to cancel and make a refund, please send an email to customerfirst@support.harveynorman.com.my for refund request. However all refund will only be attended after 28 April 2020.
