During phase 3 of the Movement Control Order (MCO), all shoppers are reminded to follow the social distancing & safety guidelines to ensure we maintain a safe shopping environment for everyone.

For our online shoppers, we are glad to also share that delivery for online orders (electrical appliances & computers only) can be resumed. Our team will be working around the clock to process your online purchases and we seek for your patience while we clear all orders.

1. Where can I purchase from Harvey Norman?

During this period, online purchases can still be made on www.harveynorman.com.my. Selected Harvey Norman stores will now be open from 10AM – 7PM daily starting Saturday, 18 April. Click here for more details.

2. Can I still expect delivery from Harvey Norman?

All products will still be available for online purchase. So you can still shop with us online and have your orders delivered for free* (West Malaysia only and minimum order value of RM100 applies). However, due to prevailing conditions, please do expect delays.

Online purchases for Bedding and Furniture will be delivered after 28 April 2020.

3. Can I self-collect my purchases?

Self-Collect will be available at the selected stores that are open. For the remaining stores, Self-Collect will only be available after the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to customerfirst@support.harveynorman.com.my with your request. However, as our Customer Service team is operating under limited capacity due to the current situation, please do expect delays in process your request.
