bad scanner
everything works although very slowly, but scanner only takes a few sheets, is very slow and the software does not allow edits or adding/deleting pages, very primitive these days

User guide is unclear. Non-intuitive use via printer panel. Configuration via Win10 Printer config interface clunky with settings not taking.

Not for Home
I had a Brother MFC which was damaged in moving in 2020. Due to covid, I couldn't get a replacement so this was one of the few printers available. What a waste! As I don't do much printing, I am finding that I need to clean the ink heads every time I want to print in colour. The tanks are still half full. It may be okay if you do a lot of printing. I have used it once to print a photo, on photo paper. I think Epson printers do a much better quality. I am ditching this and going back to laser.

Great product!
Great printer, easy to set up, fast with multiple functions. Great for home office, or for a family as it scans double sided, and prints double sided. Can print from mobile devices also with ease.
