Handling and overseeing all day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store. Able to manage the product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, etc.

- Recruiting, developing and retaining staff.
- Ensuring your team deliver good customer service.
- Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards.
- Motivating staff.
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
- Serving customers.
- Effective store merchandising.
- Helping organise promotions.
- Managing deliveries from suppliers.
- Assisting Store Manager in his / her a daily basis work such as monitoring store operations and duty roster of staff.
- Handle and solving problem during the absenteeism of Store Manager.
