Able to promote and explain merchandise product knowledge of customers needs and assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment.

Locations:

  • Nationwide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain the sales requirement of the store manager.
  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
  • Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer's reference.
  • Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
  • Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
