SAME DAY:
Need your items today? Harvey Norman now provides same day courier service for our metropolitan customers in QLD, VIC and NSW. Select the same day delivery option at checkout to receive a 3-hour delivery window between 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed prior to 1pm in order to schedule same day delivery; alternatively if the cut-off time is missed, an order may be scheduled for next day delivery using our next day or scheduled delivery options.

SCHEDULED:
Need a delivery date that works for you? Scheduled delivery provides a flexible service that offers 4 delivery windows throughout the day (10am-1pm), (1pm-4pm), (4pm-7pm), (7pm-10pm) up to 2 weeks in advance.

Receive your delivery at a time that suits you. If unforeseen events result in a later than expected delivery, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and will refund your standard delivery fee in full. See our Terms and Conditions of Sale for further details.

For eligible orders* the delivery option is limited to small appliances, consumer electronics and small goods up to 22kgs. *This service excludes free shipping and products that require installation.

The standard delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Multiple items can be fit into one box. You can work out delivery costs for your purchase using the delivery cost calculator in Shopping Cart. Otherwise, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.

Large* Item Delivery:
Delivery times are dependent on our store’s stock levels in your local area. Once your order is processed, if the item is in stock you will receive an email notification and call from our delivery team to organise a suitable time for delivery. On the day of delivery the driver will advise when they are on their way.

Small* Item Delivery:
Delivery times will depend on stock availability. After our team has processed your order and if the item is in stock, you can track your order through My Account. Alternatively Contact Us for courier tracking details. In the instance an item is low on stock, we may need to transfer the item from one of our stores across the country in which case there may be further delays.

Custom Orders:
If the item displays the “Custom Order” message, the lead-time will depend on the availability of the product through the supplier. Once the product becomes available, we will contact you to advise when it is on its way. For a specific timeframe please contact your local Harvey Norman store or our Customer Care support team.

Our Delivery Promise
If you order a fridge or washer that is currently in-stock by 3pm on a weekday, we can have it delivered the next day*. So should your old fridge or washing machine suddenly break down, Harvey Norman can get a new one to you as soon as possible. We'll contact you the day prior to delivery to confirm your details and give you an estimated delivery time. On the delivery day itself, the driver will contact you one hour before arrival to confirm that you will be at home to receive your order.

Small*: Computers, small appliances and consumer electrical's

Large*: Whitegoods, TVs, Home Theatre Systems, Rugs, Air Conditioners, Fitness Equipment and BBQs

Delivery, unpacking, installation, connection and/or removal of appliances will be arranged for a time convenient to both parties. Product(s) removed must be of equivalent size and quantity to the product(s) purchased. Installation is standard installation only. Connection to fridges with ice and water is not included. Disconnection of old appliance not included. The, franchise and/or its delivery contractors reserve the right to refuse removal if, in their reasonable opinion, the product(s) are soiled, wet and/or pose an OHS risk. Delivery promise will be within 25 kilometers of local Harvey Norman Store.

When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from Harvey Norman store and avoid paying delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option and nominate your preferred location. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. For non-clearance items that are out of stock, the store can place the order on backorder and notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Can someone else collect my order?
Yes however you will need to notify the store to nominate the name of the person who will collect the item. When picking up your items, you're required to supply a copy of your order, photo ID and/or credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via PayPal, your credit card is not required). Goods will not be released to any individual without prior consent from the purchaser.

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person - or if you haven't received them within a reasonable period - Contact Us for further instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

Delivery to your door
We deliver to your home or office via our nationwide store network. Products are dispatched from a Harvey Norman store. For the delivery of smaller items, we have partnered with Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fast Track, TNT and Hunter Express.

For larger purchases we have a dedicated delivery team who can, not only deliver your products at a convenient time for you, however as an added service, remove your old item along with the packaging.

Premium Delivery Service
To make things even easier, our premium delivery service can provide installation* of your new fridge or washing machine, and removal of your old item and any packaging* Simply contact your local store to discuss pricing. We have partnered with trade professionals to ensure the quality and safety without the added hassle.
