National Recovery Plan: Store Hours Update

In compliance with the government’s directive on the “National Recovery Plan (NRP)” to contain the spread of COVID-19, some Harvey Norman stores are temporarily closed. During this period, online purchases can still be made on www.harveynorman.com.my and items will be delivered to you for free*.

1. Are Harvey Norman stores open during National Recovery Plan(NRP)?

Stores are opened during the NRP with limited hours and offerings. Please check our Store Finder page for the latest update.

Due to Phase 2 restrictions, only Electrical, Home Appliances, Computers, Communications and IT products are available in stores.

For stores in Phase 1 zones, only Computers, Communications and IT products are available in stores.

2. Can I still expect delivery from Harvey Norman?

Yes, delivery will be available for online purchase. So you can still shop with us online and have your orders delivered for free* Terms & Conditions apply.

You may experience delays in receiving your order due to Phase 1 restrictions nationwide. It is possible that certain areas may be inaccessible due to the current situation. We will be sure to keep affected customers updated promptly. 

3. Do you deliver to East Malaysia during the National Recovery Plan?

Delivery to East Malaysia is available during the NRP. However, you may experience delays in receiving your order due to NRP restrictions.

4. Can I self-collect my purchases?

Self-Collect is available for stores that are open.

5. Who should I contact for any questions?

6. Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

If you wish to cancel and make a refund, please send an email to onlineorders@harveynorman.com.my for refund request.  However, please understand that there may be delays due to the current situation.
