Terms & Conditions (Installation Services)
- Services Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd (Service Provider) is Harvey Norman's delivery and installation partner for Airconditioning Units in Malaysia.
- Once an installation order is placed, the Service Provider will contact the Customer to arrange for final delivery and installation.
- Additional installation charges are to be paid directly to the Service Provider as per below:
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL CHARGES
1. Power point (per point)
(does not include any hacking or concealing work)
RM90 for installation of new point wired from an existing adjacent point
From RM250 if an extra line needs to be pulled from the DB box
(final charges to be assessed and discussed with Customer)
2. PVC Casing
PVC Casing: RM5/ft
Copper Pipe: RM30/ft
(No additional charge for the first 10ft)
3. Others
Electrical Cabling with Insulation: RM30/ft
(No additional charge for the first 10ft)
Drain Pipe: RM30ft
(No additional charge for the first 15ft)
