Dear Valued Customer,

This notice serves to inform you of a new procedure regarding the issuance of e-Invoices, in line with the regulatory requirements imposed by LHDN.

Effective 1 January 2026 , it will be mandatory for us to issue an individual e-Invoice for all transactions exceeding RM10,000 . Please also note that e-Invoice requirements apply to any orders created in our system from this point onward, if the delivery of goods or services takes place on or after 1 January 2026.

This requirement applies to all industries under the latest LHDN e-Invoice Specific Guideline (Version 4.4) published on 12 September 2025.

Information Required

To ensure seamless process and compliance, we kindly request your cooperation in providing the following information if your transaction falls within the requirements:

  1. Your legal name as per your MyKad or Passport;
  2. For Malaysian: Your MyKad / MyTentera identification number or Tax Identification Number (TIN), or
  3. For non-Malaysian: Your Passport number / MyPR / MyKAS identification number or Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  4. For businesses:
  • Business name as per business registration with SSM
  • Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Business registration number
  • Company full address
  • Contact number
  • SST registration number (mandatory for SST -registrant) *This is not applicable to business that are not SST -registered
