How to Find Your Ideal Fit

1. Open the Sizing Kit
   Try the included plastic ring sizers to determine your best size. While the sizers match the width and circumference of the Oura Ring, they are lighter due to material differences.
2. Choose Your Finger
   Oura Ring works on any finger, on either hand. For the best accuracy, Oura recommends the index finger, though the middle and ring fingers also perform well. Avoid fingers where the knuckle is significantly larger than the base.
3. Check Orientation
   When testing the sizer, wear it with the size number facing the top of your hand.
4. Test for Comfort
   Your ideal size should feel snug but not tight. It should sit securely at the base of your finger and remove with a bit of soap and water—without sliding off easily. If you see a gap when making a fist, try a smaller size.
5. Wear for 24 Hours
   Finger size changes throughout the day. Wear the sizer for at least 24 hours, including during sleep, to confirm consistent comfort.
