How long does the process take?
- The process is typically designed to be quick and efficient, it will takes around 5 minutes from start to finish.
What is the flow of the process from start to end?
- It will begin with a questionnaire to collect some basic information, such as the customer’s age, height, weight,
sleep habits, health issues, preferred sleeping position. After that, customer will be guided to lie down on the
AI BedMatch machine, typically a specialized bed equipped with sensors. These sensors will measure body pressure
distribution, spinal alignment, and weight distribution. The machine will collect data on how the customer’s body
interacts with different sleeping surfaces. The AI assess spinal alignment in various sleep positions, identifying
areas where additional support or pressure relief is needed. The machine processes the collected data using machine
learning algorithms. It analyses the customer’s body profile, sleep habits and pressure points, cross-referencing this
data with a large database of mattress types and configurations. Based on the analysis, the AI BedMatch machine will
provide colour code representing the type of mattress that best suits the customer’s body contour and alignment, without
specifying brands and models. The result also will be printing out to the customer. Customers will be shown a range of
mattresses corresponding to the colour code recommended by the machine. The coding involves colour indicators:
