E-Commerce Executive


Locations:

  • Menara Harvey Norman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop and execute campaigns.
  • Drive performance marketing through paid media campaigns with appointed media agency.
  • Maintain relationships with media partners (media agency, affiliate network) to ensure collaboration in all media activities.
  • Be the lead resource for generating performance reports and related insights to support ecommerce manager to analyze and enhance ecommerce performance.
  • Lead execution of demand generation programs and drive performance through paid media campaigns.
  • Work with ecommerce operations to ensure a seamless fulfilment process.
  • Support the team in financial administrative matters and orders fulfillment when needed.
  • Responsible for daily tracking of performance metrics against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Prior experience with enterprise eCommerce solutions as well as SAP is ideal but not required.
  • Genuine passion in marketing, ecommerce and creative thinking skills are highly valued.
  • A good team player with collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics platforms is a must.
