The KitchenAid KGM is an all‑metal grain mill attachment that mounts to the power hub of any compatible KitchenAid stand mixer - turning your mixer into a flour mill. It’s designed to grind low‑moisture, non‑oily grains such as wheat, oats, rice, corn, barley, millet, buckwheat, etc. You get a 12‑level adjustable grind dial, so you can grind grains from coarse “cracked” texture (ideal for porridges or rustic breads) to a fine flour (for baking bread, cakes, or chapatis), depending on the recipe.
