- The "10% Rebate Gift Card" (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Gift Card") is only available for qualifying purchases as determined by Harvey Norman.
- To initiate the activation of the Promotion Gift Card, you must complete this form within 10 working days of receiving your order. Late submissions will not be accepted and will result in the forfeiture of the Promotion Gift Card.
- The Promotion Gift Card will be activated within 3 to 5 working days after submitting the form.
- The Promotion Gift Card will be credited with 10% of the total amount spent on the eligible products.
- You will receive an email notification once your Promotion Gift Card has been successfully activated.
- The Promotion Gift Card is valid for 30 days from the activation date. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
- The Promotion Gift Card can be used for online purchases or in-store transactions at any Harvey Norman store.
- Any remaining balance on the Promotion Gift Card will be forfeited after the validity period.
- Any changes or cancellations made to your order will result in the revocation of this Promotion Gift Card and the associated promotion.
- The Promotion Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in part or full.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to determine the final amount to be credited to the Promotion Gift Card. The credited amount is final and non-negotiable.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to adjust or amend the credited amount in the event of an error or discrepancy.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to deactivate or cancel any Promotion Gift Card that is suspected of being used for fraudulent or inappropriate purposes.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the 10% rebate Gift Card promotion.
