Promotions are limited and subject to stock availability. For instance, if an order is placed but the item is out of stock, Harvey Norman has the right to cancel the order and refund your purchase within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
Each promo item is limited to 1 purchase per customer.

LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Harvey Norman Big Birthday Bash Lucky Draw ("Promotion") will be in effect from 20 September 2023 to 15 October 2023.
This Promotion applies to all transactions except for purchase of BATTERIES. Splitting of bills is not allowed.
No minimum spending amount is required to participate in this campaign.
Winners for Weekly Prizes will also eligible for participation in Grand Draw.
Winners residing in the Klang Valley area must collect their prizes at the Menara Harvey Norman store. Winners residing outside of the Klang Valley can request to collect their prizes at a nearby Harvey Norman store. Any home delivery requests will incur additional charges, which must be covered by the winner.
Winners will have to provide Harvey Norman with necessary details for verification or delivery purposes. Failure to respond to the winning email/message within fourteen (14) days (referred to as the “Claim Period”) will result in the prize being deemed unclaimed.
Any prizes not claimed within the specified Claim Period will be forfeited and considered as unconditionally and irrevocably lapsed. The winner whose prize has been forfeited or unclaimed shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation from Harvey Norman.
In such a circumstance, Harvey Norman reserves the right to select another winner.
The image(s) of the prizes featured in any advertising, promotional or publicity materials associated with this promotion are for illustration purposes only and may not accurately represent the actual colour, model or specification of the prize(s).
The prizes are given out on are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or with vouchers of other denominations, whether in part or in full.
All eligible entries must be submitted via online within the due date of 15 October 2023 [11:59PM] from the Promotion Period. All other entries received after 15 October 2023 [11:59PM] will be considered null and void.
Only forms with complete participant details will be considered eligible. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the form is truthful, precise, up-to-date, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Harvey Norman will not entertain any requests from participants to rectify errors made in the redemption form submitted to us.
Entries must be accompanied by receipts dated between 20 September 2023 and 15 October 2023. Receipts submitted outside of these dates will be deemed invalid.
Once submitted, eligible participants are prohibited from making any edits or revisions to the details provided in the redemption form.
Harvey Norman holds the sole and absolute discretion to reject any entry submission, post, or winner without the obligation to provide any reasons.
Harvey Norman also retains the right to change or replace the prize(s) with item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
Harvey Norman reserves the right to amend this terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, Harvey Norman reserves the right to make the final decision. Harvey Norman's decision is final and binding non further correspondences or appeal will be entertained.
By participation in this Promotion, each the participants agree and acknowledge that Harvey Norman collects, uses, processes, and may disclose Participants' personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, in accordance with the Harvey Norman Privacy Policy. Each Participant consents to such collection, use, processing, and disclosure of his/her personal information and affirms that all provided information is true and accurate in all respects. Participants further agree that Harvey Norman may, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purpose for a reasonable period of time. This may include sending electronic messages or making phones calls to the Participant(s).
The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian Laws and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
