Terms & Conditions


1. Campaign Period

  • 1.1. This promotion ("Promotion") is valid from 4 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 ("Campaign Period") at all Harvey Norman Malaysia stores and online at https://www.harveynorman.com.my.
  • 1.2. The Promotion is applicable to both in-store and online purchases of selected qualifying products.
  • 1.3. Customers must successfully register their Promotional Gift Cards by 30 November 2026 ("Redemption Cut-off Date"). Any Promotional Gift Card not successfully registered by this date shall be deemed forfeited and will not be activated, replaced, extended or exchanged.
  • 1.4. Promotional Gift Cards are available while stocks last and are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1. Customers who purchase selected qualifying products during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to receive a Promotional Gift Card, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • 2.2. The value of the Promotional Gift Card awarded shall vary depending on the qualifying product(s) purchased and the applicable promotional mechanics.
  • 2.3. The applicable Promotional Gift Card value will be specified in the relevant promotional materials or communicated at the point of purchase.
  • 2.4. There is no minimum spend required when redeeming an activated Promotional Gift Card.
  • 2.5. Eligibility for a Promotional Gift Card is subject to product availability and compliance with the applicable campaign mechanics.
  • 2.6. Unless otherwise stated, products that are not specifically identified as qualifying products are excluded from this Promotion.

3. Promotional Gift Card Value

  • 3.1. The maximum value of any single Promotional Gift Card issued under this Promotion shall be RM1,000.
  • 3.2. Where a customer's entitlement exceeds RM1,000, the total Promotional Gift Card value shall be issued as multiple Promotional Gift Cards.
  • 3.3. A maximum of five (5) Promotional Gift Cards may be redeemed in a single transaction.
  • 3.4. The total Promotional Gift Card value issued shall be determined in accordance with the applicable promotional mechanics for the qualifying purchase.

4. In-Store Purchases

  • 4.1. For qualifying purchases made at any Harvey Norman Malaysia store, the Promotional Gift Card shall be issued upon full payment of the qualifying purchase.
  • 4.2. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right not to issue any Promotional Gift Card until the qualifying purchase has been fully paid and all payment obligations have been satisfied.

5. Online Purchases

  • 5.1. For qualifying purchases made online through https://www.harveynorman.com.my, customers shall receive an inactive Promotional Gift Card.
  • 5.2. The Promotional Gift Card may be delivered together with the purchased item(s) or separately, depending on the order fulfilment and delivery arrangements.
  • 5.3. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to provide the Promotional Gift Card only after confirmation of successful delivery of the qualifying order.
  • 5.4. The Promotional Gift Card shall remain inactive until registration and activation have been successfully completed in accordance with Clause 6.
  • 5.5. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to verify the qualifying purchase against its sales records prior to activation of the Promotional Gift Card. Activation may be rejected where the proof of purchase is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, altered or cannot be matched to a qualifying transaction.

6. Registration and Activation

  • 6.1. Customers who receive an inactive Promotional Gift Card must complete the online registration form available at https://www.harveynorman.com.my/promotions/malaysia-day-mega-sale/malaysia-day-mega-sale-promotional-gift-card-campaign-activation-form.html.
  • 6.2. Customers are required to provide all information requested for registration and verification purposes, including details relating to the Promotional Gift Card and qualifying purchase.
  • 6.3. Subject to successful verification, Harvey Norman Malaysia will endeavour to activate the Promotional Gift Card within seven (7) working days from the date of registration.
  • 6.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete and current.
  • 6.5. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to reject, suspend or delay activation if any information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, invalid or cannot be verified.
  • 6.6. Any Promotional Gift Card that has not been successfully registered by 30 November 2026 shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be activated, replaced, exchanged or extended.
  • 6.7. Customers are solely responsible for completing the registration process within the stipulated timeframe. Harvey Norman Malaysia shall not be liable for any forfeiture arising from a customer's failure to successfully submit or complete the registration process.

7. Promotional Gift Card Validity

  • 7.1. Each Promotional Gift Card shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of activation.
  • 7.2. Promotional Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date stated in the card records.
  • 7.3. Any unused balance remaining after expiry shall be automatically forfeited and will not be extended, refunded, transferred, exchanged or converted into cash.

8. Redemption

  • 8.1. Activated Promotional Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases at any Harvey Norman Malaysia store and online at https://www.harveynorman.com.my.
  • 8.2. A maximum of five (5) Promotional Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction.
  • 8.3. Multiple Promotional Gift Cards may be combined in one transaction, subject to the limit stated above.
  • 8.4. No minimum purchase amount is required for redemption.
  • 8.5. If the value of the purchase exceeds the Promotional Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
  • 8.6. Promotional Gift Cards may not be used to purchase Harvey Norman Gift Cards, Promotional Gift Cards or any other stored-value products, unless otherwise specified by Harvey Norman Malaysia.
  • 8.7. The use and redemption of the Promotional Gift Card shall also be subject to the Harvey Norman Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at https://www.harveynorman.com.my/gift-card-terms-and-conditions.html.

9. Non-Transferability, Non-Exchangeability and Non-Refundability

  • 9.1. Promotional Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • 9.2. Promotional Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or any other monetary consideration.
  • 9.3. Promotional Gift Cards may not be sold, resold, assigned or transferred to any third party.

10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Promotional Gift Cards

  • 10.1. Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their Promotional Gift Cards and related card details.
  • 10.2. Harvey Norman Malaysia shall not be liable for any loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure of Promotional Gift Card details.
  • 10.3. Lost, stolen or damaged Promotional Gift Cards may only be replaced at Harvey Norman Malaysia's sole discretion and subject to the applicable Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

11. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

  • 11.1. If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise determined to be ineligible, Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, deactivate, withdraw or recover any Promotional Gift Card issued in connection with that transaction.
  • 11.2. Where a Promotional Gift Card has already been redeemed, Harvey Norman Malaysia may deduct the corresponding Promotional Gift Card value from any refund payable, subject to its prevailing returns and refunds policy.
  • 11.3. Customers may be required to return any unused Promotional Gift Card relating to a cancelled or returned qualifying purchase.
  • 11.4. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right not to issue or activate any Promotional Gift Card where the qualifying online order is cancelled, rejected, not successfully delivered, or suspected to be fraudulent.

12. Fraud, Misuse and Invalid Transactions

  • 12.1. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to withhold, suspend, cancel or invalidate any Promotional Gift Card where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation, misuse or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 12.2. Promotional Gift Cards that have been altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged or obtained through unauthorised means shall be void and invalid.
  • 12.3. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to refuse any redemption that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the applicable Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

13. Combination with Other Promotions

  • 13.1. Qualifying purchases may be subject to additional terms and conditions applicable to specific product promotions.
  • 13.2. Unless otherwise stated, Promotional Gift Cards may be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and accepted payment methods.

14. Amendment, Suspension and Termination

  • 14.1. Harvey Norman Malaysia reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate this Promotion or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • 14.2. Any changes to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through Harvey Norman Malaysia's website or other appropriate communication channels.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • 15.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey Norman Malaysia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion, the registration, activation, use or redemption of any Promotional Gift Card, or any technical, operational or administrative issues relating to the Promotion.
  • 15.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Personal Data

  • 16.1. By registering for the Promotional Gift Card, customers consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data by Harvey Norman Malaysia for purposes including:
    • a: verifying eligibility for the Promotion;
    • b: registering and activating the Promotional Gift Card;
    • c: administering, managing and fulfilling the Promotion; and
    • d: any related operational or customer service purposes.
  • 16.2. All personal data shall be processed in accordance with Harvey Norman Malaysia's Privacy Policy and the applicable requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and any subsidiary legislation thereunder.

17. General

  • 17.1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
  • 17.2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Gift Card Terms and Conditions, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely in relation to matters concerning the Promotion. The Gift Card Terms and Conditions shall govern all matters relating to the use, validity and redemption of the Promotional Gift Card.
  • 17.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  • 17.4. Harvey Norman Malaysia's decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, save where otherwise required by applicable law.
  • 17.5. Harvey Norman Malaysia shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations under this Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, network disruptions, acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics or other unforeseen events.
