- The featured promotions and events are applicable for purchase in-store only at Harvey Norman Mid Valley KL from 30 October to 26 November 2025.
- On-ground events and activities at Harvey Norman Mid Valley KL will be held from 1 November to 2 November 2025.
- Participants are eligible to enter the Shop & Win contest with any purchase made in conjunction with Harvey Norman's 1st Anniversary celebration at the Mid Valley KL Flagship Store from 30 October to 26 November 2025. Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Employees of Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to verify purchase details and participant identity.
- Each purchase receipt made during the campaign period entitles the customer to one (1) entry.
- To participate, participants must complete the form entry. All details must be accurate and complete, including full name, contact number, email address and valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice). Entries must be submitted by 26 November 2025.
- Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries will be deemed void and disqualified.

The Shop and Win Gold contest prizes includes:

- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. Each winner is entitled to win only one (1) prize.
- Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form (email and/or phone).
- The Organizer's decision is final. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, credit or other items.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
- Prize collection or any associated transportation costs will be borne by the winner.
- By participating, all participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, video and/or likeness in any publicity materials or promotional events related to this contest, without further compensation.
- Any personal data collected will be used solely by the Organizer or its appointed agents for the purpose of administering this contest, related marketing activities and future promotions.
- By participating, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- Shopper will be responsible for bearing the cost of delivery fee if delivery is requested.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable for credit, cash or kind.
