No. Customers who have previously received a NUR@PETRA rebate using the same domestic electricity account in 2025 are not eligible to make another claim under the 2026 programme.
Each domestic electricity account is eligible for one (1) rebate claim only throughout the programme period. The rebate can be applied to the purchase of either an eligible refrigerator or an eligible air conditioner, but not both.
Yes. Rebate approvals are subject to the allocation provided under the NUR@PETRA 2026 programme and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks and quota last.
Yes. Tenants may apply for the rebate using the registered domestic electricity account for their residence. However, we recommend obtaining consent from the account holder before proceeding with the application.
No. The rebate is tied to the verified domestic electricity account and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged to another person.
Yes. A digital copy of your electricity bill is acceptable for verification purposes. However, having a printed copy of a bill issued within the last three (3) months, together with your NRIC/MyKad, may help speed up the validation process.
No. Once the rebate has been successfully approved and utilised through an online purchase, the same rebate entitlement cannot be claimed again at a physical store.
Customers who have already enjoyed a rebate under the NUR@PETRA 2025 programme are not eligible for another claim in 2026. However, participation in earlier programmes such as SAVE 2.0, SAVE 3.0, or SAVE 4.0 does not affect eligibility for NUR@PETRA 2026.
No. Once the rebate has been successfully redeemed and the transaction has been completed, the purchase cannot be cancelled or reversed under the programme.
Only purchases made during the official NUR@PETRA 2026 campaign period (1 July - 31 December 2026) are eligible for the rebate, subject to compliance with the programme's terms, conditions, and available quota.

- The featured promotions are valid for in-store purchases only from 1 July to 31 December 2026.
- Each residential electricity account is entitled to only one (1) e-Rebate claim throughout the promotion period.
- The e-Rebate is applicable to the purchase of only one (1) eligible product category per residential electricity account: Air Conditioner; or Refrigerator.
- Claims for both Air Conditioner and Refrigerator categories under the same residential electricity account are not permitted.
- All rebate claims are subject to the program's eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, and quota availability.
- The promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will automatically end once the allocated quota has been fully utilised.
