- Mechanical or electrical breakdown.

Service Delivery
- Repairs completed within 14 working days from pickup.
- ENS Smart Solution reserves the right to change service methods based on availability.

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide required documents (IMEI, proof of purchase, etc.).
- Backup all data before service; data loss may occur.
- Follow ENS instructions for shipping and handling.

Termination
