Best ever undermount rangehood!!
Bought the silent Schweigen rangehood in July and since installation I have been in trouble with my wife! She was so used to hearing the old rangehood roaring she didnt think I had turned on the Schweigen while I was cooking!
We love showing off the rangehood to our friends who are amazed when they dont hear a jet fighter about to take off even when it is turned up to level 5.
The steam extraction is impressive and there are no discernible smells when cooking pungent food.
Wife, friends and I are totally impressed with this product. Thanks Schweigen.

Real quality and excellent performance
I've had a Schweigen undermount range hood in our kitchen for about 18 months now. The stove sits in a fire place recess and the rangehood is ducted up an 8m chimney. Each component (range hood, lighting, attachment frame, external exhaust motor, motor housing, power and control cables) is of excellent quality. I'm a mechanical engineer and I notice this stuff. Also, I'm measuring about 60 dBa at the stove top. The claim of "silence" is legitimate. Schweigen's promise of quality and performance has been found to be true.

Super quiet, reliable and unobtrusive
We've had our Schweigen Silent for almost six years now and we love it! Super quiet, completely unobtrusive and very effective at removing cooking odour and steam. We never have to increase the volume of our TV when it's on and sometimes even forget to turn it off, it's so quiet! The built-in lights are plenty powerful for our cooking needs, and the filters are easily washed in the dishwasher. Our friends are very envious of our Schweigen and if we ever moved we would have to get another one as we can't live without it!

Very quiet yet powerful Rangehood
We are glad that our old wall mount Rangehood broken which gave us the opportunity to install a better Rangehood. We do heavy cooking everyday and delighted to have this Schweigen Rangehood in our kitchen. It has very powerful extraction and we hardly feel extra noise when its on. The 5 speeds, auto off function and built in LED which provides plenty of light are some of the superb features.

Worth the money!
I looked at every rangehood on the market and settled on this Schweigen. I have been so happy with it, it does an awesome job with the steam and the smells and I sometimes forget to turn it off becuase it is so silent I forget its on! everytime i turn it on i say im so glad i spent the extra on this model

Older model and unable to purchase spare parts
I've had this for 16 years now. I've had to replace the buttons twice as they break and now as it is an old model I can't purchase spare part to replace the buttons. I'm down to one button and will need to replace the whole unit which is an additional cost.

Absolutely amazing quality
I bought this rangehood for my new home back in 2018 and it's working fine till now. I called customer services couple of times and they have been wonderful assisting us with enquiries. I replaced filters in 2020 which I
received free of cost.
