Great hair styler
Great on your hair, great overall product , performs well with gentle temperature control would highly recommend. I can’t live without my dyson hair styler, However , I recently had to replace my older model after 5 years and have to say I am not as impressed with the newer version. The WiFi connection appears to be a very unnecessary feature which appears to drive up the cost! I found the previous product expensive but now even more son. Also the round styling brush is a little too large for my mid to short length hair , which meant I
had to purchase an additional brush resulting in more cost .

This gets the thumbs up
I like the attachments but would have liked a a smaller round brush for my fringe.
Easy to hold but I have difficulty finding the cool switch when I want to change from hot to cool
Performance is really good. My hair looks healthier, silkier and holds it's style better than a conventional hairdryer.
Technology - though I have downloaded the app, i am presently operating it manually. So not sure how to rate this aspect.
Once more, I have not used all the attachments, but I like that it caters for all styles. I hope to style my hair with the curling attachment soon. I have tested it but need more practice.

Nice upgrade, not necessary though
I decided to upgrade from my last airwrap that I got a few years ago, I really liked the pretty color and I was intrigued by the bluetooth/ID features. Pros, I love the ID features where it saves your settings, I don't even have to count or think about moving the buttons to cool shot. I also really like the new attachments of the cone barrel & the larger round brush. Cons, a couple of the attachments like the round brush and the smoothing don't snap on and stay on like my old airwrap did. I do miss having the smaller round brush attachment for my bangs especially when they're freshly cut, they don't wrap around the bigger round attachment at all.

An amazing hair tool for non frizz lasting results
I've not long had this and I absolutely love it !!! I've used it 3 times and find it so easy to use . I have wavy hair that I was using so many products to enhance my curls but now o have the look of a bouncy blow out with no frizz that I can run my fingers through and it lasts for days , even after sleeping on it and in the damp mornings ticking it up inside a bobble hat. I love all the attachments and find them easy to put on and off my air wrap. The ergonomics of the air wrap are really good I love how as your using it , it doesn't blow around the other hair you've not sectioned all about and love how easily it wraps the hair you're styling . It's light weight and easy to use and hold while styling hair on yourself which is brilliant as I suffer with arthritis in my hands and wrists through many years of hair dressing . The technology is so clever from how well the attachments work as well as the wrap itself. Although I need to understand how to use the app to use the id part of it as I haven't managed to navigate that very easily so far. Overall I'm more than impressed with my air wrap id and would highly recommend it especially how easy it is to use and that it has nice long barrels and how long my styled hair lasts .

Curls don’t last more than 10 minutes
I was so excited to treat myself and try this. But after many attempts and trying different methods and products the curls do not hold. It’s a quick tool and I really enjoy using it and the curls it creates are very nice. But they don’t last more than 10 minutes, which for something like this, isn’t great. The versatility of it is great as you get multiple attachments and can be used in different ways.

Poor QC
I bought the Dyson air wrap to replace an older one. It works but the soft brush will not stay attached to the motor, it falls right off. Poor quality control.

Fine, long, straight hair that will not hold a cur
I bought this a few weeks ago and LOVE it. I have long, fine hair that is extremely difficult to curl. It does NOT hold a curl. I did plenty of research online and curling it from damp hair works best so that’s what I did. For the first time in my life, curl held in my hair. Day 1 provides nice, tight curls. Day 2 provides loose waves. Day 3 provides full body. Worth every penny.

Meh. Not An Improvement
I bought this because I was out of town and my Airwrap died after many years. Two stores I went to did not have the regular Airwrap so I had to buy the Airwrap i.d. I am not a fan. I liked the cool down button & will never use the Bluetooth option. I did set it up just to see what it did, but I want to control my hair drying, not set up a program to do it. Also, the container is not nearly as good as the original. I liked being able to flip open the lid, & I feel that this is not as well made. I considered returning it to get the older option but decided it was just too much trouble. The smoother is nice, but I just turn the heat switch to cool when I want to cool down the curl. Not all improvements are actually improvements. Certainly wouldn't buy it again unless there was no other option - again.
