With a 320 mAh battery, NotePin S supports up to 20 hours of continuous recording and up to 40 days of standby time. The built-in 64 GB storage provides space for approximately 480 hours of audio recordings, while AI-enhanced audio processing helps maintain clear and usable voice recordings.
Security and privacy are built into every recording. NotePin S features end-to-end encryption and meets recognized security and privacy standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and EN 18031, helping ensure recorded content remains protected.
Manage and access recordings through the free Plaud app, Plaud Web, and Plaud Desktop platforms. Users can also record and transcribe online meetings on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Every Plaud device includes the free Starter Plan, providing 300 minutes of AI transcription per month with no subscription required. Additional transcription minutes and advanced features are available through optional plan upgrades.
For best results, use the included charging dock and USB-C charging cable with a DC 5V/0.5A power adapter (not included). Avoid using computer USB ports or third-party cables, as they may not charge the device properly or may cause damage.
