For an intuitively simple selection of power levels and additional functionalities. Our user interface only shows the functions which you actually require. The user interface is not visible when turned off and makes for a clean and elegant design of the hob.
Extended FlexInduction Zone: maximum space on your hob for large cookware.
Don't know where to place your larger cookware on the hob? The Extended FlexInduction Zone not only lets you combine flexible zones from front to back, but also to the side, thanks to a flexible extension in the middle. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware in the zone, and heats those surfaces. Fit a large roasting pan sideways at the top of your hob, while still having plenty of space for pots and pans, large or small.
PerfectFry: no more worries about scorching.
The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the pan’s temperature to prevent scorching. Choose from five predefined temperature levels for perfect results every time.
Easy Flex Zones: adjust cooking zones to your needs.
Adjusting cooking zones is now so easy, even when moving the cookware. Your hob detects the position and size of your cookware and automatically resizes the cookzone accordingly. And once you move your pots or pans to another position of the hob, the cookzone settings will be automatically transferred from the previous to the new position with just a short confirmation.

Move Mode: divides the cooking zone into three power levels for boiling, cooking and simmering.
Move Mode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power level if you had just boiled your soup at level 9, let it cook at level 5 and now wanted to simmer it at level 1,5. Now, Move Mode does the job for you. Activating Move Mode divides the cooking zone into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is move the pot from the front area of the zone, where the food is boiled, to the middle, where the food is cooked, and to the back area, where it continues to simmer.
Power Boost: up to 35% faster heating compared to the highest power level.
When you want to get quick and easy meals on the table even faster, Power Boost can help. This practical feature adds a boost of power for ultra-quick heating. Use it on your induction hob to boil large quantities of water - and heat up to 35% faster compared to the highest power level.
Automatic Setting Transfer: the cooking zone settings are automatically adopted when the cookware is moved on the hob.
While cooking, you may need to move your pot from one cooking zone to another. However, that means you have to select the settings again. Not anymore, thanks to Automatic Setting Transfer in Bosch hobs. With just the touch of a button, the new zone quickly adopts the old settings, such as power level and cooking time. Transfer your cooking zone as you wish seamlessly, without hassle.
Quick Start: start straight away and select the desired cooking level.
The Quick Start function detects where you have placed the cookware, and after switching on, it automatically selects the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your cookware without delay.
Restart: restores hob settings in case of an unintentional hob switch-off.
If something goes wrong or boils over, the hob automatically turns itself off and saves the last selected setting. This means you can clean it conveniently and restore the settings at the touch of a button.
Timer with switch-off function: turns off the assigned cooking zone after the set time.

Child Lock: locks the control panel to prevent unauthorized use

Hob Hood Control: convenient operation of the hood via your hob.
With Hob Hood Control, the operation of your hood from your hob works easily. With the auto-on function, the hood starts automatically with the cooking. It works with all Bosch Home Connect hoods that are paired via a Home Connect account.
